Do you ship internationally? What is the shipping charge?
We offer 10-20day International Standard Rate shipping to ALL OVER THE WORLD for all the products on our site without requirement for minimum order value or minimum ordering quantity.
The shipping cost to USA is FREE. The shipping cost to other countries is ONLY US$2 per order.

How do I know my order is shipped?
To view your order status from website, please purchase as a registered user.
After your order is paid, we begin to process it which usually takes 1 business day.
Once your order is collected from us by the courier, we will email you a shipping confirmation containing what you ordered and where it is going to as well as the tracking number and a link to the carrier's site.

When will my order be shipped?
Usually we ship your order within 1 business day after having received your cleared payment.

How will my order be shipped?
For our default 10-20day International Standard Rate shipping, the main carriers we use are Singapore Post, Hong Kong Post or China Post.
The shipping procedure is we ship to our shipping agent -> our shipping agent posts your parcel(s) at one of the above carriers -> the above carriers air your parcel(s) to your country's post system -> your local/nearest post office delivers the parcel(s) to you.
For large and bulky orders or when you request an upgrade of shipping method to a faster service(which incur extra cost), we entrust express couriers like TNT, UPS, FedEx and DHL, etc, ensuring a safe and expedited door to door service for you.

Is there any limit for the packaging?
Each post carriers have their respective requirements in terms of dimension and weight of parcels. For example, Hong Kong Post requires a maximum of 2KG for each parcel. We will advise you in advance, for example if your order must be divided into 2 packages and split shipped.

Will my order incur customs charges?
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. We do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances.

What happens if my items get lost in the shipment?
The first thing to do is contact the carrier your order was sent with and quote your tracking number that was sent to you in your confirmation email. If your items are unable to be located by the carrier, we will lodge an enquiry from our end.

What happens if an item is missing from my order?
Sometimes, orders must go with split shipment to accommodate the requirements of couriers(which we will advise you before shipment).
Please your email or contact WEBSALES@CHINSOURCER.COM to check if this is the case. If in the rare chance we have missed an item off your order we will arrange to have a replacement sent straight away.

What happens if I receive an incorrect item?
If you receive an incorrect item on your order, please contact WEBSALES@CHINSOURCER.COM straight away with the picture of wrongly sent items. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or issue you a refund. If you want a replacement, we will also arrange or reimburse for return postage of the incorrect item. 

What's your RETURN & REFUND policy?
We accept returns and refunds ONLY within 30 days after your receipt of the goods.
If return is requested, firstly show your reason for return. After the return request is approved, please ship the original one back to us at your cost and offer the returned goods' tracking number and tracking web link for verification. After a verification is successful, we will immediately arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at our cost, or issue you a full refund.
